I have a lot of beef today.
I came to this conclusion after driving hubs & me to the Lexington during our lunch break. I realized I had been complaining (for lack of a better word) the whole time. I will share my "beef" with you all and then I promise to be nice the rest of the week.
#1 - Drivers who do not pay attention. (ie: guy who almost pulled out in front of me, because he obviously didn't feel like obiding by the STOP sign law.)
#2 - McDonald's - Your unsalted french fries are nasty. I may as well have gone to BK. Okay, they weren't that bad, but you get the idea.
#3 - I hate shoe shopping. GASP. I know, you can pick yourself up off the floor now. I love shoes. But I hate shopping for them. I need new ones; any volunteers to shop for me?
#4 - Political bumper stickers are stupid. Okay so you have a "Vote Sheheen for Governor" sticker on your car. Guess what? He lost. So, when are you taking that off?
#5 - Workaholics annoy me. If you are sick please stay home. I don't want your germs, but more importantly I don't want to HEAR your hacking and snorting. It's gross. Also, if you chose to work through your breaks and stay late, don't judge me when I leave on time. I do my job in the 8 hours I'm paid to be here. If you can't, that's your problem.
#6 - I despise driving. I really, really, really do. What kind of drugs was I on when I decided to buy a house 30 miles from my work?
Okay, I guess that's enough griping for the day. I feel like I should do the Gratitude Challenge now. If you're new here, I promise I'm not usually this grumpy. I blame it on Monday.
