First - I'm loving Heather's new button for Book Club Friday, aren't you? Her blog has a whole new look too. It's super cute!
I literally just finished The Midwife's Confession by Diane Chamberlain and I had to get out of bed to write this review for you guys.

This is the description from Good Reads:
Dear Anna,
What I have to tell you is difficult to write, but I know it will be far more difficult for you to hear, and I'm so sorry…
The unfinished letter is the only clue Tara and Emerson have to the reason behind their close friend Noelle's suicide. Everything they knew about Noelle—her calling as a midwife, her passion for causes, her love for her friends and family—described a woman who embraced life.
Yet there was so much they didn't know.
With the discovery of the letter and its heartbreaking secret, Noelle's friends begin to uncover the truth about this complex woman who touched each of their lives—and the life of a desperate stranger—with love and betrayal, compassion and deceit.
This book is full of so many different twists and unsuspected lies. I read at least 200 pages tonight in one sitting and I'm a slow reader! It was that good. The book is separated into 3 Parts. Part 1 was good but Parts 2 and 3 get really good. Once again with Diane's books, I feel like I know the characters in real life. I feel like I could be friends with Emerson and Tara.
For real though, go get this book now! The last 100 pages or so I was reading as fast as I could to find out what was going to happen. It's just the kind of suspense I like! I'm off to pick out my next Diane Chamberlain book now!
