I know I may be late on the bandwagon, but I just finished The Hunger Games Trilogy. Oh. my. gosh. I loved those books!! If you
In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

I didn't think I would like these books. I don't usually read this genre, but I am so glad that I gave it a chance. The suspense + love story + action keeps you on your toes the whole time. Go buy these books or borrow them from a friend (they are lendable on the nook)! The second book was my favorite!
Have you read them? Which book was your favorite? Are you Team Peeta or Team Gale?
PS. The movie release may or may not be on my planner with a million !!!!

My daughter is currently on Catching Fire. She said it's not quite as interesting as the Hunger Games. I haven't read any of them but keep telling myself I'm going to.
I loved the first book and didn't find the other two near as interesting. I still can't wait for the movie, though!
I'm behind on this one too...I just started the first book yesterday. I literally don't want to put it down!
I read them at the beginning of January and finished in about a week! Probably sooner if it wasn't for work. I was kind of addicted aka I LOVE the books!! Katniss is my hero and I really want peeta! EVEN though in the movie gale is played by Liam Hemsworth who I totally LOVE. But in terms of book, Team Peata!!
I loved these books! I think I love Catching Fire the best. Not really sure since I love all of them.
TEAM PEETA ALL THE WAY! I also am planning on going to the opening of this movie! I will be VERY pregnant (36 weeks) but that's A OK with me.
I've seen a ton of people talk about these books, guess I'm gonna have to give in & read them. Everyone has given the series rave reviews!
TEAM PEETA! I'm glad you loved them!
They are sitting on my nightstand! I am about to start them as soon as I finish up a couple others! Cant wait!
It was hard for me to start reading them because I was just sure I wasted my money on them. Out of my realm.
Glad I did. The 2nd one was my least favorite. I felt like it was slow but after reading #3 I realize it was absolutely necessary. I loved the 3rd one. I think I would probably say that was my favorite one.
TEAM PEETA!
I just stated reading the first book! It's my gym time reading! Love the book so far, plus it motivates me to workout longer :)
Happy Friday!
