I got off work early today to take Madi to the dr (she has a sinus infection) and after I made some of those excellent Sausage & Cheese Balls. Below is the recipe - it's super simple!
1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage, regular
1/2 lb - 3/4 lb mild cheddar cheese (I use 3/4 lb because I LOVE cheese, but it's really up to you)
2 1/2 cups Bisquick Mix
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees & grease baking pans
(make sure to use pans with edges, not cookie sheets - I made this mistake once and the grease went all over my oven!)
Shred the cheese and then combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. (using pre-shredded cheese just doesn't taste as good!)
Once ingredients are combined, shape into small balls and place on the cookie sheet a few inches apart.
Before
Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy hot or cold!
After
This is my mama's recipe and we've been perfecting it for years! Seems simple but if you use too much of one thing, the taste is totally off! Also, other recipes may call for hot sausage and onions, but I'm not a fan so I leave them out!
Hope y'all enjoy!
One more thing! Sweet Caitrin over at From Shopping Bags to Diaper Bags left me the One Lovely Blog Award! She is such a doll and her blog is too cute! Make sure to stop by and say hi!
For this award, I'm going to tag the last three people who commented on my blog:

Thanks for your comments girls, I really love reading them!
I'm off now, gotta go cook dinner for the hubs! Talk to y'all tomorrow!
