Christmas morning was MAGICAL! I really haven't ever been so excited before! Watching Madi open her gifts and play with them was priceless. She just lights up my life and I love seeing her so happy!!
She loved what Santa brought her and loved opening the presents from us! She kept saying "I can't wait!" as she unwrapped her gifts!
Justin & I also had fun opening our gifts! Most weren't a surprise, but he did manage to surprise me with a few gifts! Y'all know how obsessed I am with my iPhone, right? Well I have to admit I love my phone but do not love the touch screen for texting. My apple guru husband surprised me with a bluetooth attachable keyboard for my phone! Woohoo!! I love it! It makes my phone a bit bulky and I can't use my pink bumper anymore, but it's worth it not to get frustrated when I text. It's awesome! My other surprise was this:
Yay!! I am so excited to use it! I've been wanting the Life, Love, Luck Ed Hardy perfume, but this new one just came out and I'm so glad Justin got this one instead. It smells amazing. And I can't wait to use the lotion and shower gel!
Here's a few pics of hubs & I opening gifts, 'cause pictures are more fun that reading my ramblings!
After opening presents at home we had a busy day of visitng family ahead of us! We went over to my mom's house for brunch. We started a new tradition last year of having homemade waffles, fruit, and juice with her and I love it! Her waffles are great! After eating and opening gifts we watched part of Four Christmases. That movie is so stupid, but so funny!
Last stop was Justin's parents house for a late lunch/dinner and more presents! We had a great time seeing Justin's family. I always love going over there because he has a big family; something I have always wanted! (He has 2 brothers and a sister) Dinner was great and we laughed a ton, like we always do when we all get together. Justin and I were especially excited to give Justin's mom her gift from us. She watches Madi for us while we are at work every day and we just really wanted to get her something special to show her how much we appreciate all that she does for us. We got her a bracelet with her monogram in the middle and each of her grandkids names engraved on the charms. She loved it! I wish I had taken a picture!
Madi's Aunt Amber got her a Little Mermaid blanket with her name embroidered on it and a Minnie Mouse doll. Madi LOVES that doll! And I've saved my favorite picture for last!
All snuggled up at home after a busy, but wonderful Christmas day!
I do believe this is the longest post in blogging history, but Christmas warrents long posts! I hope y'all had a magical Christmas and I can't wait to read about all of them!
Oh and "Fairy Christmas" is how Madi says "Merry Christmas!" She thinks we are saying Fairy instead of Merry. TOO cute!
